By using Solavera, you agree to these terms. Solavera is an iOS app that connects to computers you control over SSH to run coding agents and preview your work. It's a tool — you bring your own machines, credentials, and agent subscriptions.
Beta software
Solavera is in active development. It is provided "as is" and "as available," may change or break, and is currently free during the beta. A paid subscription may be introduced at launch.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the machines you connect to, your SSH keys and credentials, and keeping them secure.
- You are responsible for what your coding agents do on your machines, and for complying with the terms of any agent or tool you run through Solavera (for example Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini).
- Use Solavera lawfully. Do not use it to access systems you don't have permission to access.
License
Solavera grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
No warranty
Solavera is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henry and Solavera are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or damage to systems, arising from your use of the app — including actions taken by coding agents on your own machines. Your remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Solavera or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
